Return & Refund Policy
By placing an order with Bottomsupbrands, you agree to the following terms. These policies are in place to clearly outline our return and refund process. They apply to orders shipped within the United States.
A. 30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
B. Missing Return Label
Our packages do not include a return label. If you need one, please contact us at support@bottomsupbrands.com, and we will assist you in arranging your return or exchange.
C. Return Process
To start a return, email us at support@bottomsupbrands.com with the following details:
Order number and full name
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or screenshot)
Reason for return
Photo or video evidence if the product is defective or damaged
Once we receive and confirm your return (usually within 24 hours of receipt), you will receive a confirmation email.
If your refund is approved, it will be issued within 14 days. Please note: your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to process the funds.
D. Damaged, Incorrect, or Wrong-Sized Products
We accept exchanges for products that are defective, shipped incorrectly, or in the wrong size compared to your order.

E. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or wrong-sized products.
Customers do not pay return shipping costs for defective items.

F. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method.
Please allow extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
G. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 4 hours of being placed for a full refund.
After this period, cancellation may not be possible depending on the production or processing status.
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate (including street name and house number). If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the loss.
